Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the issue (item and packaging)

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If an approved issue qualifies, a replacement or store credit may be issued instead.
